A. Management
The Outcasts leaders can be found by following this link:
http://www.theoutcasts.info/index.php/The-Outcasts-Managment.html
B. Role Leaders
In
The Outcasts we have an Role Leader for each Role. These Role Leaders
hand out assignments in raids, make sure the members of their role come
to raids prepared and keep track of activity and moral within their
role. For instance, Role Leaders make sure that other members are aware
which group(s) to buff (with what), he makes sure each member brings
the correct pots and power ups to the instance and that they are fully
repaired and on time. Also, he keeps track of how many of their members
are active and available for raids and he ensure that there are enough
active members of his role in the guild to maintain a proper raiding
team. Finally, a role leader will give advice and suggest ways for the
other members to improve their damage output, their threat & ensure
that all the required add on’s are installed & being used.
You find the list of role leaders with the following link:
http://www.theoutcasts.info/index.php/The-Outcasts-Managment.html
C. Member Ranks
Initiates
are players on a trial period aiming to become full members, 2-4 week
trial period with limited loot & raiding rights.
Ranks are,
Member, Raider & Core Raider these are full members of the guild
and committed to PvE progress. The higher the rank the more your
entitlement to raiding but all of these ranks get items from the Guild
Bank at a Discount of 75%. Your rank will ultimately be a deciding
factor when raid places are being selected.
Member. A newly
established member of the guild and are at the stage where you need to
prove yourself. You raid two times per week & can follow the Guild
rules consistently.
Raider. You are available for Raiding at
least 3 times per week and have been in the guild for at least 6 weeks
& have suitable gear to be able to raid our current objectives.
Core
Raider. You are available for raiding 4-5 times per week, and by this
stage, you should have built up some decent resistance sets for all
major dungeons.
D. Recruiting
To become a member of The
Outcasts you must be at least 18 years of age & apply in the
recruitment section of the forums. After that, a role leader will
contact you in game and have a chat or your application will be
discussed on the forums. You will normally have an answer within at
least 2-3 days.
E. Mains and alts
Alts are allowed into
the guild once they reach level 40 you may have 1 Alt in the guild at a
time, until they reach level 80 you may then introduce another Alt,
officers may be allowed alts in at a lower level to aid with
communication. We also have a social rank for any members who need to
be away for a length of time, This Rank is called VIP & is only
used at the GM & Co-Gm’s discretion.
2. Conduct
Everyone
in The Outcasts is expected to be courteous & conduct themselves in
a respectful manner, towards not just fellow guild members, but anyone
they come into contact with. Any breaches or serious misconduct could
result in your removal from the guild.
3. Loot distribution
A. DKP
We
use DKP in The Outcasts. At the moment use/give DKP for 25-man raiding
content only. A Link to the current DKP can be found on the website.
B. Loot Distribution
Cloth wearers get Priority on Cloth
Leather wearers get Priority on Leather
Mail wearers Get Priority on Mail
Plate wearers get Priority on Plate
If none of the specified item wearers need on an item, it will be open to others to spend their DKP on.
Weapons,
Rings, Necks & any other ancillaries will be needed in the usual
way & if there is a conflict, then the Raid Leader will decide who
gets the item. His decision will be Final.
Where DKP is used, Mains will always take priority over Alt’s.
C. BoE Items & Items used for crafting
BoE
items & any items used for crafting special items collected in raid
instances are gathered on a bank alt. Some items may be purchasable for
members using their DKP.
D. Recipes
In The Outcasts we
have one main crafter for each crafting profession. In case a recipe
drops in a raid instance and the thing it makes is not Bop, the main
crafter will get the recipe. This person will of course craft this item
for free (if you provide the mats) for any guild member at any time.
Second time it drops the other crafters will roll for it. All recipes
will be given to the highest roll for free.
4 Raid Rules
If
you sign for a raid as available you are committing to being online
& ready to raid, unless you specifically sign as unavailable we
expect you to be online & prepared to raid at the raid location 10
minutes before the raid start time.
• You must show up prepared to
raid Fully repaired, plenty of buffing reagents, powerups, potions etc.
Role leaders decide what's required.
• Only the raid leader and his assistants may use Raid Warning and Ready Check in raids.
• Arguing over loot gives a substantial DKP-subtraction (equal to 2 hours of raid dkp).
• DKP is earn't by the Account, not the Char, but Mains will always take priority over ALT’s for Loot & places.
•
Leaving a raid without having given the raid or class leader 30 minutes
notice results in losing 5 DKP. This is non negotiable.
• Not being
at the raid location on time, when you have accepted or removing
yourself from the raid at less than 2 hours notice means you receive a
DKP penalty of -10 DKP.
You can appeal to either the GM or the Co-Gm if you feel you have a very good reason, their decision will be final.
• Raid members may whisper the raid leaders with suggestions but they may not decide tactics and broadcast them in chat.
•
Going AFK without giving clear notice will result in -5 DKP. If you do
have to go AFK then please put your Char into /AFK so we can all see
who is absent.
• Going AFK for more than 10 minutes results in raid
kick. If you know you cannot stay for the raid duration then don't join
the raid in the first place.
• You must show respect to ALL your
guildies throughout the raid, NO chatting in General, NO unnecessary
talk in raid or guild channel, NO emotes, NO spam & NO loot
linking, any of the above may result in a -DKP penalty.
• If you
fail to show up for a raid, or are late 3 times, you will be put back
on trial, if you do this while on trial, you may be removed from the
guild.
• Minimum raiding expectation: all members are expected to
sign up for 2 raids per week minimum & must consist of at least one
10 man & one 25 man, the Raid leader will have the final say as to
who gets the loot, generally 1 EPIC per run in 10-man content, his word
is final. This does not always mean you will be accepted for both
raids, but you need to make yourself available at least. If you have
signed up, but have not been accepted, please make the effort to come
online 20 minutes before the raid starts as we may need you if someone
fails to show up.
5. Raid Schedule
We usually raid from 20:30
to 23:30 you must be ready at 20:20 and not leave till 23:30 unless the
raid is over by then. We raid 6 nights a week.
